Can I take over a chat?
Any time, per chat. In AI Assist the AI writes 3 drafts and you pick one; in Manual you write yourself. You can also have chats move to Manual automatically after a first purchase, or once a fan spends an amount you set. Logins for your chatters are coming soon.
Do fans know they're chatting with AI?
Yes, they must. Our Terms require every account that uses AI to say so clearly in its bio or profile, and never to make fans believe the AI is a real person. When a fan asks if they're talking to AI or a bot, they get your disclosure reply or the chat goes to you, and the answer must be true. We suspend agents and accounts that hide it. If that rules SirenDM out for you, it isn't the right tool.
Who gets the money?
You do. On Telegram, Stars go to your own bot, and card sales build up a balance that we pay out to you through our card partner. On Fanvue, 4Based and f2f.com the platform pays you as usual.
How does the 11% fee work?
On selling agents, SirenDM takes 11% of every fan purchase on the accounts you connect, whether the AI or a person made the sale, and nothing per chat. It comes off your credit balance at the price you paid for those credits, so it's exactly 11%. Your past sales history isn't charged.
Will you set it up for us?
Yes. We connect your accounts, upload your media and prices, build your scripts from your best chatters' replies, and review your chats and sales every week. You get your own Telegram group with Dan and our team.
Do you offer an API or white label?
Yes. You can plug our AI into your own app or run it under your own brand, with better rates at volume. Message us on Telegram and we'll set it up with you.
How does SirenDM connect to my accounts?
On Telegram, through Telegram's own Business chat automation on your account, with no password shared; extras such as mass DMs sign in with a Telegram login code. Fanvue connects with the Fanvue login, 4Based and f2f.com through your account details. You can switch the AI off at any moment.
What happens when the free credits run out?
You start with €25 in free credits. When they run out, you choose how to continue in your dashboard. No card is taken at sign-up, so nothing is charged automatically.
